Technology of production

Salher uses modern production systems, such as moulding by rolling. This method enables to achieve homogeneous chemical and mechanical properties throughout the entire production process.

According to UNE 53-361-90 standards, a tank wall contains an internal coating of enriched gel coat as chemical protection. The structure of the wall of a unit is composed of one-direction threads, which provide an additional protection for chemical barriers during mechanical interaction. Owing to that fact the chemical layer is not damaged. Additionally, the ank has been finished with a cover similar in characteristics to an internal layer.

One of the advantages of our designs is the use of fibreglass-reinforced polyester in the construction of tanks, which gives the units a complete guarantee of durability and resistance to corrosion and weathering of time. Moreover, the isothermal properties of the material protect from sudden changes of temperature.
