Salher launches AquaBrain, the remote control system revolutionizing water treatment
Salher presents its new system for monitoring and remote control of water treatment plants: AquaBrain. This advanced digital solution allows real-time optimization of plant operations from any location and device.
In the current context of digital transformation and the growing demand for enhanced operational efficiency, AquaBrain constitutes a significant advancement towards intelligent automation in water management. This system has been specifically developed to address the needs of operators, engineers, and maintenance managers who require more precise, reliable, and accessible control over their facilities.
Thanks to its IoT-based architecture and intuitive interface, AquaBrain enables real-time visualization of the plant’s critical operating data: flow rates, pressures, levels, energy consumption, and more. From a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access, users can check the status of the equipment, receive alerts in case of incidents, and act remotely to adjust parameters or solve issues.

By enabling more rigorous system control, AquaBrain directly contributes to improving plant performance, reducing energy and chemical consumption, and enabling early detection of deviations or inefficiencies. All of this leads to more sustainable water cycle management.
Currently, the system can be installed in pumping stations and hydrocarbon separators, and it will soon be extended to all Salher equipment, allowing progressive scalability based on the customer’s needs. In addition, Salher’s technical team customizes the configuration of each AquaBrain to ensure a smooth user experience aligned with the operational objectives of each facility.
AquaBrain is designed to integrate easily into any Salher water treatment solution, whether for drinking water, urban wastewater, or industrial water treatment.
