Every year Salher strives to stay at the forefront offering innovative solutions for water treatments. The investigation of new materials and technologies gives rise to the new catalog of Salher, organized in 10 chapters ranging from the new designs of the best sellers of the brand, to the most modern and effective products.
HIGH-QUALITY MANUFACTURING, ONE OF THE IDENTITY SIGNS OF SALHER
One of the fundamental innovations born in 2017 was the new production system MA or Multi Angle guarantying great technical improvements regarding resistance and durability of GFRP equipment manufactured with Filament Winding method, as well as security and traceability of the production through numerical control treatments.
In addition, there is the possibility of making them UR, that is to say, ultra-reinforced and thermosetting through an isolation with a double-layer system.
For the standard manholes, a new hinged lid system, more useful and aesthetic is proposed, with the possibility of being passable and slip-resistant.
UPDATED PRETREATMENTS TO BE MORE COMPETITIVE
Salher pretreatment range has been completely updated to be more stylish, efficient and competitive. Standing out, regarding helical screw sieves, TAHEL-Mini which has been completely updated and TAHEL-PB,which includes the possibility to incorporate mounting accessories.
TARO-Mini is the new ultra-compact rotary drum sieve for small flows. Manufactured in GFRP with special resins and 316 stainless steel pieces in order to avoid the corrosion.
All the models of Compact Pretreatment Plant PPC and Grease Separation Plants PSG have been redesigned and new components and accessories have been included.
VESPA IS THE KEY FOR PHYSICOCHEMICAL TREATMENTS
Dissolved Air Flotators Vespa are the best option for physicochemical treatment for both urban and industrial wastewater. New equipment, innovative, very competitive in the market and with the characteristics of Salher® brand: quality, delivery time and versatility.
Among primary treatments Lamellar settling DE-LA, for drinking water treatment, also destined for domestic and industrial water treatment.
NEW SECONDARY TREATMENTS FOR LARGE FLOWS
The most important point in this section is the complete new treatment lines that we have designed for large flows. Salher is able to design and provide prefabricated plants of up to 20,000 population equivalent, either through prefabricated plates’ tanks or through equipment constructed in civil engineering.
In addition, Salher designed plants that can be installed on platforms for their displacement or modular and transportable plants for emergency situations.
All tertiary plants’ prices have been updated after their redesign.
DRINKING WATER TREATMENTS PROTAGONIZES THE FIFTH CHAPTER OF THE NEW SALHER CATALOGUE
From 2014, Salher has a department composed of experts in custom-made design of drinking water plants.
With the aim of having a versatile and standardized guide, Salher has created this new chapter in order to have purified water through disinfection technology of tap water, drinking water treatments and desalination systems.
SALHER ADAPTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS AND ELIMINATES THE CLASS II HYDROCARBON SEPARATORS FROM ITS CATALOGUE
After a redesign work, main models have been changed to make them more efficient and competitive. Designed and manufactured by Salher, hydrocarbon separators meet with EN-858 standard: the full range of 2 camera separators CHC-SH-L-2, the full range of separators with incorporated by-pass CHC-SH-L-O-BP and the flow controllers through valve CVC-AARC.
All Class II separators have been deleted, since in many countries rules do not let the installation of this kind of equipment.
PUMPING STATIONS: SALHER’S BEST-SELLERS UPGRADE
As the pumping stations are one of the best-selling products of our brand, pumping stations have been redesigned with new pumps and new formats. Regarding accessories, swing lids are included as well as the new design of davit-launched with electric hoist.
Salher® offers new FILSA prizes, more competitive, and a new FILSA model: FILSA 08, with regard to sludge treatments. Now, the FILSA can be manufactured in PP instead of INOX, becoming more competitive and lighter.
There is also a redesign of the Polyelectrolyte Preparation Plant UAP and the filter press FP is completely changed and makes new accessories available.
Finally, in the “Accessories” chapter we find new models of channels Parshall MC-CP, not only the throat, but with the complete channel up to 6 inchs.
The new catalogue includes one of the latest milestones of the company. Salher offers complete electrical engineering, including design of electrical schemes, commissioning and maintenance. From 2017, Salher has an electrical department for manufacturing and assembly of electrical panels.
