Salher closes 2023 with a busy schedule of events
Brazil, Cuba, Greece, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. In the last quarter of the year, Salher will participate in different events where it will present its new projects, equipment and technologies, meeting with its international customers and celebrating the good results achieved in 2023.
November begins with a very special event for Salher. After many years searching for the best design for one of the fronts of the factory in Arganda del Rey, the urban artist Hugo Lomas, known internationally as Sfhir, finally appeared. On Thursday 2nd November, in the presence of the Mayor, Alberto Escribano, the artist himself and his representative, the most spectacular mural in Madrid will be unveiled.
To cover this wall, Salher wanted to avoid motifs reminiscent of the world of water and any allusion to the company’s activity, opting instead for the creator’s own criteria. The company’s ambitious aim with this project was, in a certain sense, to transcend and become a point of reference within the Industrial Estate and even in Arganda, and to do so it was necessary to find someone like the Madrid-born Sfhir.

After the success of its participation in the Brazilian sanitation and environment fair, FENASAN in São Paulo, on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of October, Salher resumes its activity in exhibitions all over the world.
To begin with, our technical-sales staff will return to the highest event in Havana, FIHAV, where Salher is already a regular exhibitor. From 6th to 11th November, at stand 6 in the Spanish Pavilion 4 of the EXPOCUBA exhibition centre, Salher and its local commercial partners will be showing all their new products to visitors, who will be able to take virtual tours of our water treatment plants if they wish.
Salher will participate in events as an expert in industrial water treatment
From Saturday 11th November to Monday 13th November, at stand E18 in Hall 2 of the Metropolitan Expo in Athens, Salher will be exhibiting its most innovative solutions for treating water from the agri–food industry, the dairy industry, the beverage industry and the most complex effluents, leachate and manure.
FOODTECH is the most important event in Greece for the food and beverage production sector and the companies around it. In these manufacturing processes the role of water is key, so its subsequent treatment is indispensable.
This is Salher’s first appearance at events at the industrial sector, but it is not the only one. On 30th November in Madrid, Salher will share its knowledge of the water and chemistry binomial at the round table entitled: “How do we guarantee sustainable development from the water sector? – Challenges and solutions for treating water in the cities and industries of the future” at IBERAQUA 2023.
In it, our technical expert José Luis Santos will analyse the main solutions for treating water from the chemical industry and, in return, he will explain how chemistry can treat water from all types of industries and characteristics. In addition, the day before, Salher will have a small exhibition table at the IBERQUIMIA event, organised at the same show, where it will present its water treatment solutions for the chemical sector.
To close the year, Salher will be part of the Big 5 Global, an event that will take place from 4th to 7th December at the Dubai World Trade Center. From stand SS2 E89, in Hall 2, Sheikh Saeed, the Salher team will welcome all visitors who wish to learn first-hand about the company, its industrial water treatment solutions and their role in the construction industry.
